- BLOGGING TO MAKE MONEY : Start a blog, blog about whatever you like,put some ads on the page and hope people click them.This is the most common way, basically using the site's content to tell the ad program (Mostly apply Google Ad-sense) ,if not search for the Best Alternatives.
- BLOGGING FOR AFFILIATE MARKETING : Find a product to promote, Start a blog about that subject, blog about that product and include sales link into the manufacture's site.This is a tough market but the rewards can be very good, if you are Good at Marketing.Most people because they simply put banner ads on their site and think people will click it - it's a lot more complex and involved than that,require a lot of effort in gaining your visitors trust and so on..
- BLOGGING AS A BUSINESS : This is toughest and rare field.Basically you have to become an Authority in your field and Should have tons of traffic.Then focus on whatever you like-Write books,Sell Ad space,sell products,whatever obviously it's the Holy Grail of blogging, but its a full time job like any other and a rough one because you are self employed in a very competitive market.
That's the three most basic ways.I'm sure they are dozen of others.
